We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary between 5–10 business days, depending on the location.
Customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS once the order has been shipped.
Payment Options
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience.
For COD orders, customers must pay ₹100 in advance at the time of placing the order.
The remaining balance can be paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, customers must share a clear unboxing/issue video of the jewellery item on WhatsApp: +91 88904 38038.
The video must:
Clearly show the product.
Highlight the fault/issue.
Explain the reason for return.
Once verified, our team will confirm and accept the return request.
Conditions for Return:
Product must be unused and in original condition.
The product must match the issue raised in the video.
Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
Important Notes
COD advance (₹100) is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.
Slight variations in color/design due to photography or screen settings will not be considered defects.
Return shipping charges, if any, are borne by the customer unless the fault is from our side.
