1. Offers & Amendments
- All offers from Serdiya Six A/C Showroom are non-binding and may be revoked at any time, unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Any amendments made by us in writing will count as a new offer, automatically canceling the previous one.
- Any changes requested by the customer to our offer will be treated as a new offer from the customer, which we may accept or reject at our sole discretion.
- Offers are considered accepted by us only if confirmed in writing.
2. Products & Specifications
- Customers understand and accept that all product details such as samples, colours, sizes, weights, or designs are approximate.
- Small variations, especially in colour tones, cannot be considered a defect.
- Product configurations, features, and prices may change at any time.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, or levies. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges, unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
- If tax laws change and cause additional costs, we reserve the right to adjust prices, including retroactively if necessary.
4. Separate Agreements
- Each order placed and confirmed will be treated as a separate agreement between the customer and Serdiya Six A/C Showroom.
